Every Ashfield Watch comes with a 12-month limited warranty — a testament to our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and precision.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the watch’s movement, case, and finish, ensuring your timepiece performs reliably and maintains its durability over time.

This warranty applies to customers across India, including major cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad (Telangana), Jewar, and Bengaluru.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling

• Battery replacement, straps, or cosmetic damage

• Water damage from improper use or exposure beyond rated resistance
