1. Daily Care

• Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, and chemicals.

• Wipe your watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

• Remove your watch before swimming, showering, or heavy physical activity.

• Do not expose it to extreme temperatures or magnetic fields.

2. Cleaning

Use a microfiber cloth to clean the dial and strap.
For metal bands, you can use a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry wipe.
Avoid submerging the watch or using cleaning agents.

3. Storage

• Store your watch in its Ashfield box or a lined watch case.

• Keep it away from sunlight and humidity.

• When not in use for long periods, remove the battery to prevent leakage.

4. Battery & Servicing

Most batteries last 1–2 years.
If your watch stops, contact our service team — never try to open the case yourself.
Our authorized centres in Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Karnataka, Jewar, and Pune handle all genuine repairs and battery replacements.

5. Strap Maintenance

• Leather straps: Keep away from water; apply mild leather conditioner occasionally.

• Mesh or metal straps: Clean gently to maintain shine and avoid scratches.

6. Long-Term Tips

• Service your watch every 12–18 months.

• Avoid dropping or hitting the watch on hard surfaces.

• Keep your warranty and authenticity card handy for any future servicing.
