Comprehensive Warranty
Your Ashfield watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Should an issue arise, our service centers will repair or replace the defective component at no additional charge.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Movement accuracy and functionality

  • Case and dial craftsmanship defects

  • Manufacturing flaws in the strap or bracelet

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, strap wear)

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Water damage if the crown is not properly secured
